Our coaching focuses on developing confident, creative and intelligent players through 1v1 mastery, technical development, decision-making and game-real experiences — with SIM FTBL providing additional high-intensity, technology-led individual training.
How We Develop Players
For players ready for additional challenge and competition. Sessions focus on 1v1 dominance, decision making, technical excellence and performing under pressure. Players train in a high-intensity environment and have opportunities to represent Project 1v1 in fixtures, tournaments and development games, all alongside their grassroots football.

SIM FTBL delivers high-intensity, technology-led training focused on scanning, first touch, passing, movement and decision-making.
With a maximum of two players per session, players get more touches, more repetitions and more opportunities to develop.
Our specialist strength & conditioning sessions help young athletes move better, get stronger, and build confidence. Designed for ages 7–14, it’s the foundation for long-term performance and injury prevention.
We focus on every player as an individual, helping them improve their technique, confidence, and understanding of the game. Small group sessions ensure more touches, more feedback, and faster development.
We encourage players to be brave, take risks, and express themselves in 1v1 situations. Building confidence on the ball is key to unlocking creativity and making a real impact in games.
We create game-real scenarios that challenge players to think, scan, and make better decisions under pressure. This helps them transfer their skills into matches and play with intelligence.
