ADVANCED CENTRE

Our Advanced Centre is built for players ready to be challenged and pushed to the next level. Our ADCs train in small groups to maximise intensity, touches, and individual feedback.

We focus on individual development through 1v1 dominance and decision making, creating game-real practices that encourage players to be brave, take risks, and solve problems under pressure.

Players also take part in fixtures against academy and strong grassroots opposition, along with tournaments — giving them the chance to apply their learning in realistic match environments. All of this runs alongside their grassroots football, helping them return to their teams more confident and effective players.
